Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Naval or Petroleum Engineering;
- Fluent English;
- More than 5 years of experience in the Energy Sector;
- Experience with SAP PM Module;
- Experience in mature assets.
Desirable:
- Postgraduate or MBA desirable in Maintenance or Asset Management;
- Drilling Experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Be proactive in supporting the Company's security initiatives;
- Be fully familiar with Archer's corporate visions, values and policies and promote them at every opportunity;
- Ensuring that Archer's standards and procedures are understood and maintained at all times;
- Liaise with the responsible Archer Platform Manager and Maintenance Manager on all maintenance issues;
- Ensuring that regulatory and legislative requirements are met;
- Proactively contribute to the functioning of the maintenance department, both onshore and offshore, through the development of ideas and teamwork;
- As part of the onshore maintenance team, perform weekend and night shifts on a rotating basis;
- Responsible for developing and managing rig shutdown work scopes and streamlining necessary services;
- Develop, manage and report project milestones for platform shutdown work scopes;
- Liaise with onshore and offshore maintenance teams to produce work plans for shutdown platforms;
- Conduct regular offshore visits as needed to meet with offshore maintenance and operations teams in order to agree and facilitate project planning;
- Produce 12-month anticipation reports to facilitate future drilling shutdown planning; Responsible for ensuring that all standards and regulations applicable to offshore units are maintained and that documentation arising from such standards/regulations is maintained;
- Use international standards to validate the integrity of new structures for which you are responsible;
- Weekly monitor the compliance of maintenance on board the rigs by reference to the maintenance schedule in the Planned Maintenance System;
- Plan the routine of calibration and certification of pressure gauges and pressure relief valves;
- Produce monthly critical and general security issues reports;
- Manage and process change requests and deferral requests to the Maintenance Management System as needed;
- Responsible for initiating or participating in meetings, as necessary, on maintenance matters or matters of importance to Archer, including internal meetings or meetings with the customer, suppliers, regulatory bodies or third parties.
