The “One Team” Leader reports directly to the Operation Manager Mechanical Wireline.
Role
Act as Archer WL “One Team” leader towards Client
Key responsibilities
This role will be responsible for planning and providing support for offshore wireline operations based on customer expectations and requirements.
The One-Team Project Leader will work together with the customer with a strong one team mentality, choosing the best solutions for the job objective.
Further:
- Coordinate and lead Contractors “One-Team” work. Close cooperation with Alliance Manager
- Leveraging experience sharing within the One-Team partners/Alliance
- Plan and prepare operation, create required BHA proposals, rig ups drawings and tension simulations.
- Contribute to and maintain good reporting with offshore team, alliance partners and Company.
- Initiate the mobilization of equipment and personnel in cooperation with Company.
- Continuous follow up of ongoing operations. Instant follow up of deviations and changes to job program.
- Contribute to a positive working environment as a key contributor to realizing the One-Team way of working
- Active interaction with Company management
- Take lead in HSE deliveries in One-Team environment
- Secure availability of qualified personnel and equipment
- Contribute actively to Company’s continuous improvement work
- Drive experience sharing with special focus on safety and efficiency gains
- Participation in relevant meetings
- Ensuring active follow-up and feedback on equipment failures and operational problems
- Identifying areas where new or alternative technology can lead to more cost-efficient Operations
- Ensure that experience and expertise from other parts of the Contractor’s organization is utilized
- Active co-ordination of service quality monitoring in conjunction with Company
- Ensure interface between digital solutions between Contractor and Company
- Personnel follow-up of One Team resources and dedicated offshore personnel
Qualifications
Education:
- Safety course and a valid health certificate to go offshore.
- Craft certificate in mechanical Wireline or relevant Drilling & Well disciplines
- IWCF certificate level 4.
- Technical college/higher education in petroleum related subject. Experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience performing wireline operations offshore.
Experience:
- The Team Lead must have sufficient operational experience to form a good overview of the phases of the operation, critical factors, and safety hazards. Normally this will correspond to offshore experience up to a senior level within the field
- Experienced IT skills
