HR Advisor

Reporting to the UK HR Manager, the HR Advisor will act as a ‘front-line’ human resource representative for delivery of services and support to regional line management and employees. This includes implementation of policies and support the areas of employee relations, talent management, recruitment and global working.

We are looking for an individual with strong generalist HR experience. You must have experience with managing and leading on a broad range of employment issues and recruitment processes.  Experience in payroll would advantageous. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, who can build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders across the business. You will have good analytical skills, a strong attention to detail and a flexible mindset to be able to adapt to change.  

Education

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Studies or Human Resources is required
• CIPD Qualified

• 2 - 3 years of experience in HR Advisor role
• Experience ideally from Drilling Contractor or Service Company background.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and HR systems.
• Previous experience with dealing with unions
• International/global working experience advantageous
• IR35 compliance
