As a Digital Transformation Lead at Archer, you are an expert in both business and information technology and will we be working as a translator between the business branches. The primary responsibilities include identifying/detail business needs and establish structured business cases. You will also work with improving efficiency with digital technologies and helping the business to analyze the processes and systems to improve current processes.


Other tasks:

• Identifying the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements
• Evaluate and contribute to identifying how to improve existing business processes
• Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new features
• Sourcing and implementing new business technology
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements
• Design the new features to implement

Education:

• Master’s Degree in IT/IS or Business Administration
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Business analysis methodologies

Relevant experience may substitute required competencies

Experience:

• Demonstrated strong business understanding
• Minimum five years relevant experience in industry  
• Demonstrated organizational change and development experience

Other:
The ability to travel internationally is highly valued.
