Infrastructure Lead

Do you have a wide background and understanding of IT infrastructure architecture and operation?

2023 is the year where Archer takes digitalization to a new level. To be able to defend our position on the market Archer has decided to revolutionize the industry enabled by technology. On that note, we need you, as an Infrastructure Lead to join our team!


With a burning passion for infrastructure and a great understanding of architecture you will manage the infrastructure services in a tight collaboration with souring partners. Archer’s work environment is recognized for the opportunity to create and influence, and as a part of this role you will take part in discussions and define/own the requirements.

With your experience you will be identifying the organization’s technical needs and requirements for Digital End User Experience (DEX). The solutions will need to fit the global nature of the company, therefor you will take part in this with Archer’s international colleagues.

As a part of the team you will be an information source and communicator between Enterprise Architecture, Head of IT Security, Application Management and Archer’s sourcing partners. Your ability to focus on details and willingness to develop and learn will play a major part in this role.

Other tasks:

• Acting as a high-level technical solution architect
• Manage the sourcing partners for infrastructure
• Lead for Archer requirements for infrastructure services
• Secure service deliverables from sourcing partners within servers (hardware and cloud), network & communications and end user equipment
• Sourcing and implementing new technology

Qualification

• Master’s Degree in IT - preferable related to IT infrastructure
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Business analysis methodologies

Relevant experience may substitute required competencies
Experience

• Demonstrated strong understanding of IT infrastructure architecture and operation
• Minimum five years relevant experience in industry  
• Demonstrated organizational change and development experience
• Demonstrated experience with Vendor Management for sourcing partners
