Due to the growth of our busy Coiled Tubing team, we are looking for a materials/workshop support co-ordinator to join the team. This role will be initially temporary (Fixed Term contract) but may lead to a permanent role depending on future business activity.
Candidates should have experience in MS packages and ERP systems. This role offers varied work responsibilities and full training will be provided in the role/systems to allow support and cover for our Materials Planner, Certification Co-ordinator and Logistics Operator so flexibility and being a team player is important for this role. Key duties will included:
- Provide administrative support for material planning and workshop activities.
- Accurate storing and upkeep of workshop job maintenance cards.
- Set up and tracking of 3rd party rental equipment.
- Inventory management of parts for CT and pumping equipment.
- Identify equipment certification issues and take appropriate actions.
- Develop and maintain certification databases.
- Coordinate client QC inspections.
- Allocate and govern third party engineer workload.
- Collate mobilisation & demobilisation paperwork.
