Business Development Manager UK

Archer UK currently have an exciting new role for a Business Development Manager to support and take an active role in the anticipated growth within our Global Platform Operations. This role will be to support business development and sales activity related to Platform Drilling, Modular Rigs, Plug and Abandonment services (P&A), facilities engineering, rentals and Integrated Service Solutions as well as supporting other Archer business streams as required or where synergies exist.

Archer has been drilling wells offshore globally for the past 50 years, in many challenging geographical and geological environments. Our experience is best told through our HSE track record, efficiency, and our ability to work with multiple operators. We lead by combining people and technology with a solutions-oriented mindset and build our crews through empowerment, cross-training, and teamwork. Our complete portfolio includes over 4,000 operations, maintenance and engineering personnel working on and supporting our platform rigs, modular rigs, facilities engineering and rentals services.

• Offshore Certificates:                 N/A
• Academic Qualifications:           Degree qualified.  Equivalent experience in the upstream Oil & Gas sector is acceptable with a CV that shows appropriate career progression specific to role.                 

 Experience:

• Technical and operational knowledge relating to the sale of drilling and intervention services to operators and service companies.
• Upstream Oil & Gas Sales experience with a proven track record in business development and sales activity
• Tendering and commercial knowledge and experience
