We are currently looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our Coiled Tubing team. This position is full time and will be based in Portlethen, Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be aligned with our values by demonstrating that safety and performance is priority, can work well in a team and be enthusiastic and energetic about the work they do.
The role is to organize, coordinate and supervise all workshop activities to ensure high quality and flawless operations to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met.

- Promote Health and Safety and Quality Assurance at work.
- Equipment readiness plan for operational forecast. Updating operations coordinator regularly.
- Manage workshop personnel.
- Manage maintenance & equipment strategy.
- Manage and control equipment inspection and certification.
