Are you ready to join our team as our Operation Manager in Guyana?
As our Operation Manager you will be responsible to organize, coordinate, and manage all workshop and field service activities in Guyana to ensure high quality and flawless execution. You will interact closely with our customers to ensure expectations and requirements are met.
Building on Archers Mission and Vision the role will work to deliver value driving and sustainable solutions to be the preferred partner for our energy customers.
Key responsibilities (not limited to)
• Promote Health and Safety and Quality Assurance at work
• Conduct daily operations meetings with relevant teams
• Monitor, manage, and report QHSE and operational KPI
• Drive Service Quality as per Quality Control Process
• Manage Oiltools Operating System (OTOS) relating to customer projects, activities and QCP
• Manage offshore personnel relating to utilization, training, competence, and development
• Work closely with Supply-Chain to optimize inventory and assets utilization, logistics and procurement
• Manage workshop to include QHSE, competency, equipment maintenance, activity planning, inventory control, OTOS, on-time delivery and reporting
• Attend weekly meetings with customer as needed
• On-Duty operational/tech support for offshore operations and customer
Education
• Minimum BSc in relevant field
• Candidates with relevant practical work experience will be considered.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of Upstream Oil & Gas operational experience with a proven track record in operations management with preferred technical background covering various disciplines such as packers & plugs, cementing systems, slot recovery and TCP
• Strong background in QHSE management
• Understanding of operational finance including cost control, inventory & asset management
