We are currently looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our UK HR/Training and Competence team as a Trainee Training Co-ordinator. The apprenticeship will be in partnership with Tullos Training and a skills assessment will be required.
This will be a varied role supporting both the Training and HR departments. The Training Coordinator’s role will be to carry out the booking arrangements for the training requirements of our employees, including booking courses, sending out joining instructions and updating our systems. The Personnel Logistics role will be to ensure that our personnel tracking systems are kept up to date with our North Sea offshore and overseas mobilisations.
This role will be office based so will gain some important experience of working in an office environment and interacting with colleagues. The role can be fast paced so organisational skills will be important and the successul candidate will learn to communicate with all levels of personnel, problem solve, learn to to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will also gain experience to have the ability to work as part of a team as well as working on your own. Candidates should have Microsoft experience but systems used will be given training on.
