Are you driven by quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? Archer is on the lookout for a skilled QA & Investigation Lead to drive our Quality Management System and lead critical quality investigations that enhance performance and ensure regulatory excellence.
As QA & Investigation Lead, you will ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and internal quality policies, safeguarding Archer’s commitment to operational excellence. You’ll lead and coordinate quality investigations, conducting thorough root cause analyses and risk assessments to identify issues and drive effective corrective actions.
In the role you will conduct regular audits both internal and external, as well as being responsible for the Archer’s audit & inspection plan. In addition, you will play a key role in building organizational capability by providing targeted training to staff on quality systems, investigation procedures, and regulatory requirements—ensuring consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across Archer.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Management system
- Contact person for quality Management system certification
- Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing documentation and expert insights.
- Perform studies and analysis of Archer quality and vendor performance and give recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed investigation records
- Identify trends and systemic issues through investigation data.
- Recommend and implement improvements to prevent recurrence and enhance product/process quality.
- Support Norway regarding Management review
Qualifications:
- Higher relevant education (B.Sc or M.Sc.)
- QHSE related experience 3-5 years
- In depth knowledge of Health and working environment systems and tools including risk assessment
- Good business understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written)
